What kinds of problems does the Solutions Lab take on? +
Problems where off-the-shelf AI products don't fit — either because your data is too sensitive to send to a public API, your process is too domain-specific for a general model, or you need a system that operates autonomously at scale. Common projects: fine-tuned document understanding models, multi-agent pipelines for complex workflows, proprietary data pipelines with model-integrated inference, and air-gapped AI deployments for regulated environments.
Who owns the model weights and training data? +
You do. All model weights, training datasets, fine-tuning code, pipeline architecture, and documentation belong to you at delivery. Golonex retains no intellectual property. You can take the work to any cloud, deploy it on-premise, or continue development with your own team — with full documentation to do so.
How is this different from working with a large AI platform vendor? +
Platform vendors sell hosted inference on their models under their terms — you are licensing access to someone else's system. We build bespoke systems on your data, for your use case, deployable where you choose including air-gapped environments where data cannot leave your network. You own the result outright.
Can you deploy in an air-gapped or private cloud environment? +
Yes. Air-gapped deployment is a first-class option — we design and test for it from day one rather than retrofitting later. This is the primary requirement for defence, banking, and regulated healthcare clients who cannot allow sensitive data or model weights to touch public cloud infrastructure.
What's the minimum commitment to get started? +
The Rapid Validation Sprint (4–8 weeks) is the entry point. It covers problem framing, data assessment, a working prototype on your actual data, and a go/no-go recommendation with estimated production cost. It is designed to answer one question — is this technically viable for our use case? — before committing to a full build.
