What does "pre-vetted" actually mean? +
Every candidate goes through three stages before you see them: a technical assessment matched to the role (coding challenge, architecture review, or platform-specific test), a communication and remote-working assessment, and reference checks from at least two prior engagements. The pass rate at the technical stage is below 30% — you see the candidates who cleared all three stages, not everyone who applied.
How quickly can someone start? +
Five business days from an accepted introduction to first day of work. That covers offer acceptance, background verification, NDA execution, and onboarding to your tools and systems. For roles requiring specific compliance certifications or security clearance, add 3–5 days for verification.
What if the placement isn't working out? +
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If the placement is not meeting expectations within the first month, we replace them at no additional cost. Beyond 30 days, replacements are handled case by case — we have never left a client without a resolution. The relationship matters more than any individual placement.
Do candidates work on-site, remote, or hybrid? +
All three, matched to your requirement. India-based placements typically work remote or hybrid. New Jersey placements can be on-site in the tri-state area or remote. Working arrangement is agreed during the role specification phase before we source — not assumed after the placement is made.
Can we hire a placed candidate permanently? +
Yes, with a conversion fee that is transparent in the agreement from the start. We prefer long-term staff augmentation relationships, but if a placement works out and you want to bring them in-house, we facilitate the transition without obstruction. No surprises when the conversation comes up.
